Frances Hutchinson

Frances qualified as a chartered accountant, specialising in corporate finance, before joining the Financial Services Authority (now Financial Conduct Authority – ‘FCA’) in 2000, where she has held a number of positions focused on financial markets regulation. These roles have provided extensive experience of analysis, judgement and decision making, as well as building and leading high performing teams. Frances has been an active member of numerous FCA management teams and project governance committees. Frances is also secretary and an active member of the parents’ committee at her son’s school.
