Life is complicated and things can go wrong for all of us. Sometimes they go very badly wrong – parts of Brent are among the poorest and most deprived in the country. Our advice and support is crucial to individuals and to our whole community. We help people manage their lives better in times of crisis and we give crucial advice and sensible pointers before problems become crises.

Citizens Advice Brent is an independent charity. The national Citizens Advice doesn’t fund us and we never charge the people we advise and help. We rely on grants, contracts and donations for everything we do, and we keep our costs as low as possible – anyone who’s ever seen our offices will tell you that!
