We welcome your feedback, whether it’s positive or negative. Your comments help us to improve what we do and ensure that we’re doing the best to meet the needs of our residents.

If you’d like to make a complaint you can send an email to our Chief Executive at We follow the Citizens Advice complaints procedure, which says that we should acknowledge your complaint in five working days and provide a full response within eight weeks. You can pick up a copy of our complaints leaflet at our Willesden office or ask for one any where we give advice.
